iPAD 2 Raffle Winner! (2011-8-31)
Lincoln Jaycees President Shelley Hackett (L) along with Past President Kathy Payne (R) present Lincoln Fireman Phillip Uphoff with an iPAD 2. He won the raffle for the tablet computer that was recently held by the Lincoln Jaycees to raise money for upcoming community projects.
